Antuanet left Lebanon taking with her something she would never lose: her cooking.


In Venezuela, amidst nostalgia and memories, he transformed each dish into a way to keep his history alive, always bringing the family together around the table.

 

Years later, his grandson Javier arrived in Madrid with that same inherited memory. Thus Antuanet was born: a tribute to a way of cooking, sharing, and making people feel at home.

 

Today, the restaurant begins a new stage, keeping intact the essence of a story that is not only told.
